Silent Running Mode Issues
As the title says, silent running is not working for me. The crew acknowledges the command however it can't be toggled. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Any ideas?
Here's my mod setup, I've never had a problem with this before and I've been using this mod setup for a while. 1_TriggerMaru_Overhaul_2-5 1_TMO_25_small_patch RSRDC_TMO_V502 RSRDC_V5xx_Patch1 1.5_Optical Targeting Correction 031312 for TMO 2.5 1.5_OTC for 16 to 9 Aspect Ratio_TMO 1.5_OTC_Realistic Scopes for 16 to 9_TMO Improved Stock Environment_v3_TMO&RFB |
This is related to the CO2 bug and other such bugs. It is cause by alt+tabbing. Possibly also caused by other programs demanding the foreground (like an antivirus popup). Save, restart game, and load savegame should fix it.

Not that it may make a difference regarding the Silent Running issue......... you are using the wrong OTC mod with TMO 2.5 AND adding RSRDC v502.
Use "1.5_Optical Targeting Correction 031312 RSRDCv502" as your main OTC modification when adding RSRDC v502 to Trigger Maru Overhauled 2.5. The OTC version listed in your mod order is only to be used with a TMO 2.5 game (that doesn't have RSRDCv502 added to it). Also, use the "optional" OTC mods that come with the 1.5_Optical Targeting Correction 031312 RSRDCv502 edition. Right off the top of my head I don't remember the specifics about the differences in the optional mods (there may not be any), but to be safe........use the optional mods from the OTC for RSRDC v502 download. ========= Since you're going to be pulling out half of your mods from "activation" in order to change them, why not remove all of them and let JSGME's "Compare Snapshot" feature check your main game files to see if anything has changed since you freshly installed them. It's always a good thing to check your game files for corruption when using mods. I hope you took a "Snapshot" of your clean game files just after adding JSGME to them. |
yep, alt/tab causes that and yes fix your mod.

Thanks guys. I had "windowed mode" on because I was trying to make the game windowed borderless (no luck however :wah:) and the game alt tabbed a few times while I was playing.
