Its your fault Mythbusters

Before I start watching Mythbusters I loved to see an action movie like Bourne or Ocean 11, 12 or 13.

I so to say flow with the action(can't find the correct phrase)

Today I can't see an action without thinking-is that possible wonder what Mythbusters say about that.
