Can't disengage with Uboat

I have 1 Uboat and I just want to disengage. Sank an entire convoy except for the CV Glorious that is now 35,000 yds away. It won't give me the option to disengage. What gives? I only have yellow pressure hull damage.

It is a bug that we're looking into.
Surfacing and diving again might allow you to disengage.
