Could this anti-weapon be threat to NATO/USA ?

As with all "secret" weapons, if it does as advertised then by the time they get a chance to use it everybody will have one.

As with all ECM systems the question is that of a range. In order to jam modern military grade GPS receivers at a decent range (~100km) you need:
- 7 spaced out 20kw class jammers.

Or

- 1 3mw class jammer.
