My self-I see it as another ordinary training in suburbia warfare or what they call it. We have or should I say had this type of training in Sweden and Denmark-Where the soldiers were trained in some old ghost town and nearby area.

I do also know that some will misunderstand this on purpose.

If it was just in a ghost town, I would understand it. But the fact that they're doing it in live communities is a little unsettling.

Like the military expects to be doing this for real soon.

That said, I do think it is a good training exercise for the military, in the event of, say, occupying a territory. Although, people are probably going to have to be waking up a lot earlier to get to work.:88)

:hmmm: I dunno, I doubt that they're actively working towards population control or something like that like Alex Jones has put forward, however I think that Ferguson and Baltimore has probably rattled the government a bit, and they're looking at how to respond to a widespread uprising.
The map, if official, is a bit concerning, although accurate but also it would depend on exactly what the situation was...if it was the dreaded, infamous, revocation of the Second Amendment scenario then that map would be pretty accurate. Other situations, maybe not.

Still, it's something for Jones to chew on and shout at the radio about, I suppose. Personally I think it's to do with the...oh, what was it now...Communist Nazi FEMA dentists in black helicopters? Something like that.

I don't believe that this is some sinister exercise, but even if they are practicing for martial law, what's the big deal? The US government needs to practice for emergencies.

What if there is a natural disaster, a terrorist dirty bomb, or a real live war? That's not the time to try to start learning how to restore order.

Or they get deployed to an area where they need to work with a population that's a mix of hostile and friendly locals?

I've got a co-worker that insists that this is some sort of evil plan. She also claims that the closed Walmarts have something to do with it. :roll:
