how to take screen shot with ifranview
 

So i got this downloaded and i tried to take a screen shot while on patrol, it is set to ctrl+f11, but it did not take the screen shot. I can take a screen shot of my desk top no problem, but not in the game. I am using windows 8. Help please. I attached a screenshot of my option settings for ifranvview.

update: I figured out how to take the screenshot, but in the game, it comes out as a black screen with the mouse showing. I took a screenshot of the nav map, bridge, load up screen. nothing, just black screen with mouse.
