Overpowered Aircraft with RSRDC?

I'm running the following mods:

RFB_2.0
RFB_2.0_Patch_23April2010
RSRDC_RFB_V575
RSRDC_V5xx_Patch 1
Nav Map Make-Over v2.1
NMMO Airbase Add-on
NMMO v2.1 Patch 1 with AB
Improved Stock Environment_v3_TMO&RFB

and am experiencing severe difficulties with air patrols. I'm comfortable with staying submerged during the day when w/in 750 nm of airbases but even then I am unable to complete a patrol due to being destroyed while in TC. Even when submerged!

First, I was using an S-boat and stayed at periscope depth during the day since the Indonesian waters can be shallow. Since I was at periscope depth I assumed a hot shot pilot (where are these land based planes coming from in Dec. 1941? Where are friendly aircraft?) spotted me beneath the waves.

So, I load up a new game out of Pearl in late '43 with a Balao equipped with air search radar. During the day I stay submerged at 50m. Same exact problem. I'm being spotted and bombed when submerged at 50m. Okay, something is wrong. Heck, one time I got attacked by an H6k when the nearest Jap airbase was over 1,200 nm away!

I'm inclined to think it is the "NMMO v2.1 Patch 1 with AB" mod that is causing the problem. Before I dive in and start testing things I was hoping someone here may have experienced something similar and could provide some advice. Thanks!

I have run into the same problem, using the same mod set-up you have. The aircraft can indeed see under the water.

The solution I use is to adjust the sensor file, as shown in THIS post. I would change all the aircraft sensors as indicated. You will need S3D to accomplish this, but it isn't hard. Disable your mods first, then find the last one that alters the sensor file (not sure if it is RFB, the patch, or RSRDC), back it up to be safe, then make the changes indicated in the post.

Also you can try Webster's Better Air Patrols without NMMO with AB. Only use NMMO without AB and Webster's. It is my setup and no problem.
