Can't send men to damage control?
 

So I click on the engineer icon, and I click on the hammer, and it turns yellow, but when I go back to it, it's not yellow anymore.

Why not?

But when I go to the sub systems screen, the little hammer is busy on the damaged components.

But some components never seem to improve their percentage.

Why?

I'm using Wolves of Steel modpack.
