circle with degrees ?
 

not getting this circle when i'm plotting the target intercept course ? should i be getting the circle with the degress pop up ? it is there in the course intercept example course intercept method revised i'm studying ? thanks

It depends if you modded the game.

If you enable this one with JSGME then you get it on all 4 tools:
