Sunken ship saved game crash
 

Do the ships I sink ever go away? Is it possible after I save a game and continue it, I can still run into them and they cause CTD when I attempt to load? When do they go away?

I notice in the beginning of a patrol I can save all day and no issues. But if I start sinking ships say in AM52 it gets more difficult load. Fred to the point I can't get my game back.
