SILENT HUNTER III DLCs

I was just curious if SHIII ever had any DLCs, and a quick Internet search revealed that there are actually two!

Source: http://games.gamepressure.com/addons.asp?ID=2907

My questions are: Are the two DLCs actually released?
Does anyone have them? Is he happy with them?
Are they actually for SHIII, and not for another game?
Where can i find them? Can all the features they provide be implemented with mods?

I was particularly interested at the Meditteranean one, because among other things, it is mentioned that it improves the graphics of the game. And i love anything that enchances the graphical experience of the game (gj Makman).

So, has anyone any imformation concerning those two?

Thanks in advance!

UH-OH! Haven't had this one crop up in awhile. :nope:

Both of those were created by stealing mods that had already been released for free, putting them into a package and offering them for sale. It's been so many years now that newer people don't know about them. Also, even if they were worth anything back then they still are totally outdated now.

Here is the first thread on the subject:

Yes, my advice is avoid them as far as possible.

On the other hand, you'll also find that mods like GWX, LSH3 and NYGM already offer FAR more than those rather dubious "DLC's" ever did.

I see, thank you guys. That old thread really cleared some things up.
I know about the supermods (actually waiting (im)patiently for the release of LSHIIIV6), but i wanted to see what Ubisoft has actually "made" to support their game.

Thanks for your time!:salute:
