How do you move message box?

Move it to where?

Drag it somewhere?

Hide it?

Use TDW's Options File Editor Viewer.

Go to the Message Box Tab.

I do have TDW Options file editor but I don't see how to drag message box around the screen.

Your picture shows that you have the message box draggable is enabled.

You should be able to move it using your mouse.

Yes I should, but I don't know how. It won't move.

I am just making sure the you mean the message box and not the XO message box which can be made draggable, too.
If a message box is draggable, you should be able to move your mouse cursor close to the message box. Your mouse cursor should change into something like a "X". While "X" appears, depress and hold mouse left mouse key and drag to a different position where you want the message box to go.
If that does not work, you may have a false positive. The save may be corrupt. Disable all mods and up to any TDW mods such as multi UIs for TDC. Remove any ********_Draggables.TDW from your silent hunter 5 root folder. Play the game again and see what happens after you reenable all mods again. The game will recreate the draggable.tdw files again. Play game and see what happens.
If that does not work, try below.
Disable all mods and up to any TDW mods such as multi UIs for TDC. Go back into the options file viewer editor and change the message box draggable option from true to false save the user options file again. Try playing the game. Then go back into the options file viewer editor and change the message box draggable option from false to true, save the user file again. Reenable mods etc.
