Arpeggio of Blue Steel Campaign Mod

I plan to edit the textures or get a tutorial to add textures to ships to make them look like fog vessels. The following vessels will have a special definition with new skins:

Rouge Fog Ships: (when sunk they become allies)
IJN Haruna (with alternate blue fleet def and skin)
IJN Huuga (Ise late war config) (with alternate blue fleet def and skin)
IJN Maya (with alternate blue fleet def and skin)
IJN Takao (with alternate blue fleet def and skin)
IJN Karishima (with alternate blue fleet def and skin)
IJN Kongou (with alternate blue fleet def and skin)
IJN Musashi (with alternate blue fleet def and skin)

Fog Fleet Remains: (they will get sunk and never will come back)
IJN Ise (Ise Early War)
IJN Atago
IJN Myoukou
IJN Nagato
IJN Nachi
IJN Ashigara
IJN Haguro
IJN Yamato
IJN Hiei
IJN Nagara (Naka class cruiser to cover for real cruiser class)
IJN Minkaze
I-400
I-402
I-401 (playable campaign ship to be modified for an "american" campaign)
I-401 decoys (one for Haruna, Karishima and Takao)

Add new campaign selection with missions up to the point when the fog fleet faces the blue steel fleet a battle between the fog fleet that hasn't been already destroyed and haven't joined the blue steel fleet vs the blue steel fleet of rouge fog ships. The Campaign Story will follow closely the ars nova adaption of the manga.

Since I'm new to the forums and have extremely limited knowledge of modding I need help. Any help the modders on this forum can do to provide that help is much appreciated.

I am mostly versed in getting the missions of the campaign done. However editing the data files and skinning, besides getting the patterns into an adobe illustrator file format, are beyond my abilities right now.

This would be awesome!! I'm a huge fan of the show. It would definitely look very cool. Not too sure how you'd incorporate the various missiles and lasers however XD. But just the models would be awesome too. I wonder if anyone's done a good model of I-400 class? Unfortunately I know nothing about modding either, but I can try to help out however I can ^o^

I vote "YES" x1.000.000 times for creation of this :)

Is there another way besides occlusion mapping? Besides I don't have any specialized software. I'm personally better at using mission editor.

If there is anything I could do to help let me know. I have done some texturing and was on many mod projects for Men of War. I could dust off the software and go again. I have been looking for a mod of Arpeggio for a while.

I could do;
- 3D models
- Mission Editing
- JSGME troubleshooting
- Some Texturing
- Some of the Grueling stuff (e.g.) Backstory, images for the campaign, weapons descriptions, ship descriptions, gameplay, etc.

I am in University so, this is more of when I don't have a test due in the morning kinda stuff, if you catch my drift. If you want help I can do my best.
