RSRD & RFB escorts

Been having an interesting issue with early war escorts, specifically Subchasers and Minelayers, they don't seem to see me at any kind of range, or ping. Destroyers do both - so not sure what the issue could be.

Suggestions?

Minelayers and minesweepers probably do not have good sound gear early in the war. You should not expect early war IJN escorts to be expert in either equipment or ability.

As to subchasers, I believe there is a mod that addresses that issue:
