Keeping the TDC dials open/visible...

I was able to find the location in the menu_1024_768.ini file to keep the Position Keeper/Torpedo Settings dial open/visible, but cannot find the location for the Range/AOB/Speed dial, to keep it open/visible. Does anyone know what heading it's under in the file?
