Finally, Russia gets a truly new surface combatant.

This ship's manufacturing process has been delayed due to the issues with various systems, but those appear to be solved. It appears to be a fairly modern vessel with a new IADS suit (Poliment-Redut), new artillery system, 16 cell UKSK, counter torpedo system and other things.

Wish we had more of them.
