Can't start in bunker!
 

I've been away from SH5 for a year or more.
I don't know what I'm doing wrong and I'm getting frustrated. I reinstalled SH5 in Windoze 8, it seems to be working more or less. I'm trying to bypass the tutorial mission and start in the bunker but I keep starting in the tutorial. I've typed silentotto till my fingers bleed, I've changed the line...

MyDocuments\SH5\data\cfg\CareerHistory.cfg
HasCompletedTutorial=true

I still end up in the tutorial mission!

I've added the Open Horizon II mod but I see nothing different in the campaign screen. Shouldn't it show 1945?
