Aces mod question....

Aces Supplement to V16B1 MaGUI v3.4 Compat add-on.rar

For the above mod, do I install the Supplement to V16B1 (JSGME) after this mod?

I am thinking yes and that I would need to use en_menu.txt in Ace's Mod and merge it with the V16B1 for it all to work.
