Mod help.

So i'm trying to make the TMO+RSRDC Compatible Iowa mod more like it belongs with TMO+RSRDC.(get rid of the spy and resupply missions, have it available at every base, have the TMO+RSRDC campaign start years and bases instead of the stock 41, 42, 43, 44 etc etc) However I can't figure out how to make sure it transfers correctly to another base when it needs to. For example the automatic Manila to Surabaya transfer. Anyone know what I need to do to fix this?

It looks like a lot of the expert modders are no longer active.

I've never really touched the missions, myself, so I'm afraid I can't help.

It's not a mission. I'm trying to figure out how to make sure it automatically transfers when it's supposed to.
