The worst movie, EVER!

I, like many people here, can be very tolerant of other people's opinions, like if it's right to use lethal force to protect your property, if God is real, or what mods we prefer.

But if anybody defends this movie, I will hunt them. I will find them. And I will kill them.

It's not The Room. That movie was funny.

It's not Birdemic. That movie was also funny, and had good messages about global warming and war, even if they were so blatant and poorly executed that you laughed your ass off at them.

It's not Caligula. That movie was as historically accurate as pornos featuring Peter O'Toole can get.

Yes. The movie is... **** *****.

Here is a review of it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Lf85ZaAfixM

And if you dare risk your sanity by actually WATCHING **** *****... well, here you go: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4APrSSvvK2g

EDIT: Oh my God, the automatic censoring software on the forum censored the movie's name! That's how bad it is :wah:

- U571: I left the cinema and ordered my money back because of some bad mistakes in the movie in the first 10 minutes - and i got my money back.

- Uboat: I only watched the trailer, found many mistakes inside and decided that i would never ever watch that movie.

Congrats on getting your money back :woot:

But at least U-571 was pretty to look at most of the time. Unlike the movie I talked about in the first post. I don't even want to name that travesty.

There i disagree. The movie is bad because of some great mistakes:

- German mechanics canīt repair the diesel engines (and they were trained on it). American guy makes two handmoves and both engines are running - not beliveable.

- German crew told that the batteries are fully empty. The "new" crew dived and went on full speed for 10 or more minutes - where does the power come from?

- The "new" crew is able to launch a torpedo submerged and it hits the target. Could be luck, but a torpedotubesystem isnīt as easy to handle as a coffee maschine - even for a crew trained on other subs.

- Later in the movie they fight against a destroyer. This ship is built up on a hull from a (harbour) tug.

In my opinion the movie shows a false picture: germans are silly/stupid and unable to do everything and US-guys can do everything and win. Not all germans are silly, stupid and bad and this is also right for all other nations. There always good guys and bad guys in every nation.

Edit: I have seen the movie later with some guy of my crew at DVD (and got angry about the mistakes inside).

Try watching Operation Petticoat.

It was more limited, but we had a similar thread a while back.

Harvey Keitel shouts "Dive" and rings the klaxon three times.

Still, that's bad history, not bad filmmaking. There are some truly awful movies out there. Plan 9 From Outer Space is commonly considered the worst movie ever. It's so bad it's actually worth seeing once just for the unintentional laughs.

Unfortunately this is a pretty common occurrence in film making over here. Americans are always portrayed as superior as compared to Germans, Russians, or even Canadians. Believe me when I say I feel your pain brother. Ever watched Crimson Tide?

No such thing as the worst film ever as most films now are bloody awful brain dead rubbish and they are on the increase.

Armistead 04-16-14 09:09 AM

I couldn't even get through 30 secs of the review, wouldn't attempt to watch the movie.

Maybe we should shoot you for posting links to crap, even if to warn us..

Oh and "by the way" does anyone notice this advertisement bull before EVERY video on YouTube (=GOOGLE)

I am a bit concerned, this and the very latest advertisements in the radio and TV here in Germany are going to make me HATE CAPITALISM.

This kind of warfare against customers is not fun.
BUGGER OFF with your advertisment SH ..... !!!!!!!!!!! :nope::nope::nope:

Oh, the film.
Not as bad as this time-stealing brazenness of "advertisements" i think.

For this reason my Firefox includes *******Edge, NoScript, Ghostery and CookieKiller. All scripts from google, facebook, twitter and other exspecially advertising servers are blocked. This makes the web nice and fast to load.

Edit: Why does the forum delete A d B l o c k and replace it with stars?
