It's not FB's fault that such lies or twisted truth goes viral in FB. It is people on FB that makes it viral by sharing such information.

I forgive them thou they do not know.

I have FB, but I share absolutely nothing. Only info they have is my name and where I live ca. NO pics no fotoalbums(have pictures of Moder Nature and animals and my cats)

Almost every time I open FB I get question about where I live exactly and so on-I just ignore it.

I don't trust FB either, but it is the only way I can stay contacted with old schoolmates old friends a.s.o

And by the way. I don't use my cellphone to FB. Only my computer.

It also mentioned that the judge can't dismiss the case. So yeah it's still messed up but not that bad yet.

The judge not being able to dismiss a case actually sounds good (not in this case though) in case they're being bribed.
