High FPS slows down game!

Hallo Subsimers when I play silent hunter 3 i get over 500 FPS :o It slows down the game (ex: when I click to another menu it freezers for a minute and then goes to the next menu.) is there like a fps limiter for silent hunter 3?

My PC Specs: CPU: I5 2.5.GHZ
GPU: Intel hd Graphics 3000 <---- I know its crap

Go to options >video options and select ˝syncronized˝ and you will have 60 fps and no lag.
