Re-install issue...
 

I lost my main hard drive, but had the gane installed on an external drive along with the saves...I had to reinstall to start up the game, but I can only access two campaign missions (the first, and western approaches), although I have save games from three others.

Is there a mod or any advice available to open/unlock the other campaign missions as I'm not keen on having to wade throw the whole lot again.
