What a shame.

Down in Austin, they are having a music festival or concert. Its an annual event I guess. The police had blocked off the street by the concert, so people could outside without worrying about traffic coming through.
Up the street, the cops see a guy driving drunk. They try to pull him over, but he takes off, smashing through barriers in the street set up for the concert. Nearly runs over a cop, who luckily got out of the way, then this drunk decides to keep going, gets up on the sidewalk and slams into the crowd. Witnesses said he didn't even try to slow down when he started hitting people, in fact, he gunned the motor. They finally got him, but 2 people are dead so far, many in the hospital and a few are so bad, they don't think they will make it.

I hope they lock him up and throw away the key!!:nope:

What a dick :nope:

Assuming that everything reported actually happened, I can't imagine how this guy can't escape life in prison. :nope:

It is so unfair that the drunk driver survives but the innocent victims don't.

I hope the state of Texas gives this guy the most lazy public defender they have!:D

I would rather see the state of Texas do to him what he did to his victims.

Better yet let the families of the victims do to him what he did to him.

Best to let the families of the injured have a go first, after the families of the dead get to him there will be nothing left. It would save the state of Texas a ton of money, between incarcerating this dirtbag and prosecuting him.

I think you are all being very unfair, facts in this matter need to be established first.
After all the vast majority of people are drunk drivers and drink driving laws are unfair and unjust. They are just a money racket by local LEOs to extort money to fill their coffers and by insurance companies to hike premiums and boost their profits.
So onto the facts, was this individual an illegal immigrant?

LOL. Now now, he s not turned up in a while to defend the rights of drunk drivers.

swamprat69er 03-14-14 07:49 AM

Who cares about his immigration status?
He was drunk and deliberately ran over a bunch of people while running from the cops. G U I L T Y !!

I suppose that someone held him down and poured the booze into him, and that makes him not responsible? What a crock!
I suppose that some else put him into a car and started it for him and stuffed it into gear? More BS!
I think you are playing devils advocate here, I surely hope that you are.

I don't think I could have made the post any clearer.
TarJak certainly got it easily enough.
