I'm Nate, I'm from the east coast of Australia around 30mins away from Brisbane.
i thought id share a few of my favorite YouTube ww2 submarine docos i love.

Not a documentary but one of my favourite video series is Shaefers Norsecast videos.

A well made, informative, British documentary on the Atlantic battle. Mostly U-boat focused but high quality. Lots of rare footage.

and with that how a submarine works, i love the whole fuel system and how the tanks work with the sea water mixing!
