AI TORPEDO Launched Fubuki

I would like to encourage everyone to give this mod a try.

It was made by jhapprich. So far it has not found it's way to the subsim downloads but I think it should.

This mod will enable all Fubuki Destroyers to launch their torpedo at their targets.

The original thread that got this all started is found here at subsim:

I wanted a change of pace of late so I have been playing the Fall of the Rising sun and the Iowa playable battleship. In two days I have been sunk twice by Fubuki Destroyers and find it fascinating.

I really enjoy the realism and challenge that these Fubuki bring to the game. The launchers are animated so they turn and fire torpedoes at their perspective targets.

Whether your playing a Gato, Iowa, Ohio or anything other vesel these Destroyers really bring a good challenge to the game and hats off to
jhapprich for getting this out.

sounds intriguing.

I know there are other ships on both sides that have torpedoes. It would be a nice realistic touch for all sides and all ships carrying torpedoes to be able to launch them at targets.

Seems like a good idea.

Ship launched torps dictated naval battles just as much as anything during WW2; even though the US ones weren't that good, the Japanese assumed they were as good as theirs so it got them maneuvering like mad too.

I have learned that when there is a Fubuki around ... even if it has battleships with it I'll target the Fubuki first when I am using the IOWA.
