I've gotten to step 4 and don't see the correct file

I went and looked in the correct location and I dont even see the files its asking for.

Where are the TDW files?

Any help would be appreciated. Is there a video or something, this is making me pull my hair out. Thanks.

Still confused about step 4.

I don't ever see the files TDW in step 4 for but if you look at my picture it seems like I did the generic file patcher correct.

Is there any way I can tell if it worked, new version, icon. etc if I were to just enable it using the generic mod enabler.
