Looking for a texture within the game...
 

Hello, me again...

I'm looking for a texture within the game files but I can't seem to find it.

The texture in question is the part with the word of a country on it for the front of the recognition manual, such as the part I've highlighted with the red box in the screengrab below -

I can find the ones that appear to be from SH III (located in Data>Menu>GUI>RecManual), but I can't find the greeny coloured ones used on the German RM in SH IV, or the actual ones used on the US RM.

Would anyone here happen to know where they are located?
