Fire, Y U NO DAMAGE ?
 

hey,
i heard a lot about a mod that changes the fire in the game from eye candy to actual damaging fire.
i have been a merchant sailor for a while and trust me, fire is scary as ,,,, on a ship.
im looking for mods that:
1:Changes fire to damage the ships so they actually burn up.
2: makes it that the crew on deck isn't firing their small arms when the area they are standing on is a inferno. ( still think that's weird ).

i tried the FX mod but that just crashes my game :'(

It's always nice to have a real sailor among us.

Unfortunately, if the FX mod is causing CTDs, there isn't much you can do. Unless of course you installed it while on patrol, in which case just starting a new career should eliminate any CTDs.
