Officer away emblem new graphic

Just put this in the downloads section if you are interested.
Puts the kreigsmarine emblem in when an officer is way from his post

According to what he posted in the download section the .tga file goes into data/Menu/Gui/Layout folder. It will replace the blank Officer B emblem.
