I'm glad he was safely stopped and arrested. Though his girlfriend's behaviour won't help matters. I wonder if he'll end up being deported. That will of course depend on his residential status.

I wonder what his defence will be? Or hers for that matter.

They might have more offenses in the criminal record, in which case it can lead to a conviction,and they have to get behind bars.

More to the point...I wonder who will be rushing at breakneck speed to perform the prosecution.

18 year old Chinese in a Lexus... I think he should use the Affluenza defence, sounds like he's a good candidate.

The DPP don't tend to move fast around here. Usually takes a month or so to set up a trial. That of course depends on the plea.
