Is it just me, or is polygamy in vogue now? I swear, this is the 5th show about some sort of polygamist family. Here's the latest:

Between the doomsday bunker shows, the Amish shows, and the Polygamy shows, I think the "education channels" (Discovery, TLC, NatGeo) have jumped the shark. Oh, I'll throw in the extreme survival shows.:dead:

We could have extreme survival polygamy cooking contests. Quickly! to the patent office!

Polyig's (pronounced "Pole Lig's"), aren't exactly looked upon favorably here in Utah, and contrary to these programs, aren't exactly coming out of the wood works either; though there is an argument to be made their coming out of some other closet.

So you're say I can't trust reality TV?:hmmm: What about the Amish mafia? All my shootins' be ridebys.:D

I just refuse to watch shows like that. I mean seriously.. Amish gun toting mafioso types? REALLY? That has to be one of the biggest crock's of excrement every concocted by a network script writer.

Oh and there's a reason why "Guy Smiley" and his "Sister Wives" no longer live in Utah. Personally, I could care less. I get more entertainment out of my wife's reaction to these polyig show's then anything else.

One wife is bad enough sometimes, I couldn't imagine more. :doh:

Awhile back, I walked into a Buffalo Wild Wings joint.
The Bar tender started calling me Uncle Si.
I didn't watch that crap and didn't know what the heck he was talking about.
So we went back to the Motel and watched an episode that nite.
The next day I went back and talked to the Manager.
I was offended in so many ways I can't list them!
He offered me a free meal and I told him this..........
"Take your free meal and shove it up your Bar tenders arse!"

The next day one of the Guys that worked with us started calling me Uncle Si.
I nearly broke his jaw and would have done worse had my Son not stepped in.

I'll never walk into a Buffalo Wild Wings again. That's a sure thing.

There's your reality.
