Which in that case would mean that they are happy to come over to you, to get something to drink.....if there is anything left from yesterday :)

Looks pretty scenic great place for a nice quite walk or bike ride in warmer weather.

Doing some reading the 172nd Infantry Brigade was inactivated just this year May 2013.
