Mod it

Since SH4 is a submarine sim, you won't be able to start with a surface ship unless you run a mod for the game. The only one currently available so far as I'm aware is here: http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/showthread.php?t=147988

I think the question was a vague.

What I was trying to ask was how I can make a ship from Karle94, Yamatoforever shipyards or other user made ships started at bases other than Pearl Harbor, and with out a supermod. I know and played with some user made ships started at bases other than Pearl Harbor and most of them were light cruisers. What I look for is a way the made it so I can start a stock US Career with a heavy cruiser, battle cruiser or a Battleship and start at bases other than Pearl Harbor.

If I remember correctly the IOWA mod above can start at Pearl and one other location . PM the creator of this mod and ask them about that.
