The Flying Dutchman

Well I finally saw her. However I found her in the oddest of spots. She apparently decided to help the American war effort as she was patrolling around Johnston Atoll.

I think the random unit generator was to think for my spotting of her. i bet 999 out of a 1000 times the second ship patrolling Johnston would be another destroyer. If you want the best chance of spotting her roam around Luzon for awhile.
