Anne horsemeat comments spark debate

It's well known Princess Ann is a horse lover but I'm a little surprised she's advocating eating them :hmmm:

Animal welfare charities have welcomed Princess Anne's suggestion that horse welfare could be improved by putting horsemeat on sale in UK supermarkets.
She claimed owners might take better care of their horses if they believed they could sell them for meat.
The Princess Royal made her remarks in a speech to the charity World Horse Welfare, of which she is president.

You tell me you can't buy horse meat in the UK :hmmm:
That's wrong, horse meat salami is the best there is.
But I think her comment is really irrelevant, since you need meat from a young horse.

Tried it (paardenvlees) a couple of times whilst living in Holland but always ended up getting the trots.

Now just hold your horses pard'ner. Please pass the BBQ sauce. Never had horse meat. Think I'll pass.

What debate?...Oh' here on Subsims.

All animals are here to be eaten so tuck in...

Stuffed baby seal heart followed by chilled monkey brains?

NO...How about crocodile burgers?

Not that hungry...Well how about a scorpion lollipop?

Wolferz 11-16-13 09:46 AM

Jim's just looking for a stable diet.

Seriously, you don't eat horse in the UK? Why? Cause they are cute and that? Horse meat is very delicious. As long as they do not only live to become sausage, I am fine with that. Love horses myself, both alive and on my plate.

All that stuff sounds yucky, but a nice juicy horse meat burger with onions and pickle slices,... mmm, mmm!

I stand corrected...I thought only Belgium and Holland ate it...no idea about France neither.

Well then he should just hoof it over to Food Corral so we can stop nagging him about it.
