SH3 COMMANDER INSTALL PROBLEMS
 

HI All

I just reinstalled a fresh copy of SH3 due to a few technical issues and for some reason I can't install SH3 commander every time I try to run the latest version 3.2 it comes up with an error

Setup was unable to create the directory
C:|users\andrew\app data\local\temp\is-UDJ04
and the last file changes every time I try to run it.

Really weird got me a bit stumped any body got any clues should commander just try to install to C: under its own directory ??

Any help would be appreciated.

For one thing, that path looks incorrectly written. It should start with: c:\users\

Not with an | behind the colon. But that is probably a transcription error.

The installer should be able to make a new folder there. Any chance those previous technical issues are related to the Windows installer software, or user folder filepermissions?

Can you install other software?
