Can any weather experts tell me how I can guarantee rain?
I'm looking into whether a snow mod is possible.
Will save me having to look it up and wasting time, thanks in advance.

Thankyou rudewarrior, helped a me a lot,
Looking at the problems found in that link, snow isn't possible without a lot of work involved. Have to give the idea a miss, have other mods to look at.
