What are your views on awarding ability points to the torpedo man?

Special meals make all the difference, if you don't reward the crew will the delicious special meals, they throw you over. :haha:

My crew have maximum ability points except the torpedo man. My question relates only to the torpedo man.

If you use the 1, 2, 3 aiming system, only put points on the reload speed, nothing else, because it throws off your aim.
