Problems with missing ERM

Hi guys,
It's been a long time since I played SH5, but I wanted to try out the new mods out there. So far so good. I Installed them via JSGME, everything went well. Yesterday though, SH5 was back to vanilla. All my mods seemed to be gone. I checked JSGME, all were still activated. I deactivated all of them, tried to activate them in various settings...no luck :/ Then I tried to play a little with the load order and managed to fix all but one problem. My ERM was still missing.
I did everything by the book though, read every readme. I would be happy if anyone could help me out. I don't get it though, not a single file was touched, nothing was changed and out of nowhere all mods refused to work ?

Oh, I almost forgot, some specs:
SH5 version 1.2
JSGME version 2.3.1

Installed mods:

Conus Graphic Mod 1.0
FX_Update_0_0_22_byTheDrarkWraith
NewsUtilsTDC(full, except map tools)
EQuaTool - Elite Quality Map Tools for SH5 v. 01.01 by AvM
Real Environment - Revision_3
(this is the load order(NewsUtils Realiasm is last))

I tried to deactivate alll mods but NewsUtils, still my ERM was missing...

Is ERM - Enhanced Recognition Manual? Google is your friend. I did a google search "ERM subsim" and this is what came back as one of many choices:
ERM. If needing to redownload it. If not, and ERM is missing from JSGME entries, try post #3 suggestions from link below.

my ERM is now back but i ran into another problem. My heading display is gone(the one in den bottom, telling your course). The marks are still there but no numbers or tooltips when I hover over it. I disabled all modes but NewUtils and deleted the backups first. Still they are gone. Any suggestions ?

Edit:
Got the headings back. I had to start the sh5.exe to get the autopatcher running. Everything works now, except Real Navigation. My submarine is shown on the map with its current heading. I copied the menu.txt file from NewUtils to Realnavigation, commented out the required lines 820 to 824 + 2273 for my own location and saved the file.
