Academy Realism Settings?
 

I was wondering what realism settings are used for the Academy missions as you can't change them.

If you go to the Single Missions mission selection screen, you can set whatever "realism" (sic) settings you wish. Then, if you go back to the main screen and select Academy, I believe those game settings will remain in effect. It seems to work that way for me!
