Everytime I patrol off Northern Japan in winter or Sea of Okhotsk or Aleutians in fleet boats it drives me crazy crew does have cold weather gear.I ran into icebergs off kuriles but crew has tank tops on while on deck watch lol.Immersion killer, esp for the mod I am creating, which improves traffic off in colder climates.

The cold weather clothing mod for S boats crews would be great for fleetboats but the creator no longer mods for SH 4. I have tried but just a bit lost.Anyone know how to work this out? Would be greatly appreciated or at least give advice? Just want deck watch crew to have cold weather gear.Yes, want it to be enabled JSGME and may look slightly goofy leaving pearl harbor in cold weather gear but better than not having it at all.

have you tried retexturing the crew uniforms? somewhere in one of your posts I gave you the files that might be the crew uniforms or at least where to look for them.

start by changing color to green or red so you can tell if you have the right files then make them into whatever clothes you like

crew rank and insignias mod can help and might give you where to change the files for winter hats

I just load up the cold weather clothes mod in the winter or when I want it.

Are you talking about travellers mod? For some reason that cold weather mod never worked for me, cant figure it out.Didnt work with his mod or TMO RSRD alone.One time it had a crewmember in con with a coat on but deck watch was empty, then next watch officer would have cold weather gear on but rest in t shirts lol The s boat cold gear mod was perfect but unfortunately only works for S boats and couldnt convince the modder to make one for fleetboats.

Yep, Travs mod, never had an issue with it. Are you possibly overwriting it with another mod?

Nope, enabled it last, still had problems

I have tried but just dont get it exactly, guess will figure it out but time is limited currently.

agreed, it sounds like some mod you are using is causing issues

use the mod with stock game then add one mod at a time trying each so it works until you find the mod that's breaking it, then you know where you need to look
