Thats because the ship isn't dead yet. HP bar still has some left.
So the view from Periscope shows.
Deplete hp bar then kill will show.

The mission you have highlighted shows progress (white bar progressed).
Have you sunk all objectives in that mission?

no no the ship is sunk because if I watch my Capitain's diary, it's result sunk...but from today, i have reinstall silent hunter 5 and installed a lot of mods...do you need the list of mine?

yes, i sink about 5-6 ships with war supplies ( and 2-3 normal merchants ) ...but nothing happens to the mission bar, the same, i sink 3 tankers but the mission bar doesn't upgrade the status...

Summing up:

- you have just reinstalled SH5 (today?) and enabled various mods (mod list?)
- despite the short time, you have already progressed to october '40 and to the second campaign: happy times (I suppose you are playing the stock campaign, don't you?).
- you said that your progress bar don't get updated with sunk ships, nonetheless both the mission progress bar and the campaign progress crosses show some achievements (from previously sunk ships?).

By any chance, are you continuing an old campaign you had backed-up before uninstalling the game? If so, there are chances that some of the recently enabled mods conflicts with the old campaign. :hmm2:

This is exactly your problem. Some of the mods you have recently enabled messed up your campaign. All in all, your best option is probably deleting the old saves, perfecting your mod list with all the mods you wish to use (so that you won't need to enable them in the midst of a started career), and restarting a brand new campaign. :yep:

One last suggestion: there are patches among the ones devised by TDW which you shouldn't miss if you like realistic gameplay. Unfortunately, most of them are not compatible with the steam version of the game. Nowadays SH5 costs about as much as a packet of cigarettes. Make you a favour and get a retail copy of the game. :03:

Try restarting Happy Times; if it doesn't work, follow my previous suggestion and start a whole new career, preferably after having enabled at least Open Horizons...
