[REQ] binocular mod - degrees

Hi I can't find a mod that restores the original binocular with degrees indicator (like the UZO). I have the mod with the compass but would like it with degrees again so I can scan the horizon and pinpoint targets while leaving the UZO on a target.

(using GWX3.0 and conus' widescreen mod)

Method 2 worked perfectly!
