Report of distance to target
 

Hi.

I can't find config file that change sonarman report of distance to target. Please, help me

u must be in the hydro station and then that 2 botton will bi active wich one report the distance of the ship... but ill sugest u to not use it cos destroyer can finde :)

maybe I wrong. My english very poor. I want to known how many km to а ship if sonarman said long range, mudium range or short range. I saw this in a config file but I don't remember where.

cant remember where it is. I recommend using a program to set the keys.

I think you mean data/Cfg/Contacts.cfg

[ContactRange]
;under the (right) value a contact is considered as:
Short=1500 ;[m]
Medium=9000 ;[m]
Long=20000 ;[m]

In other words:

0 to 1499.9m is reported as short range,
1500m to 8999.9m is reported as medium range,
9000m to 20000m is long range.
