Deck gun....

....sound, etc.

I have this recurring problem:

1. When firing the deck gun it only says: "Click", normal muzzle flame.

2. No sound when opening the tube doors.

3. No "launching" sound when firing the torpedoes.

4. No explosion sound from the target.

I have the enhanced explosion sound package installed and using GWX 3.0 Gold through the SH3Commander. This happened some time back, too, I had it rectified by reinstalling the game.

Is there a simpler way. Anyone?

Install Thomsen's sound pack or DBSM mods to give these plus some more extra sounds.
Both mods can be found in the Subsim download section

Thank you, vH, I shall look into it. Is it loadable via the JSGME?

Any idea why this happens?

Yes , both mods are.
