Play S/H3 with windows 7
 

Hi all,
I have Silent Hunter 3( love this sim) since getting my new windows 7 laptop I cannot play my sim.

can anyone help with this please? any suggestions,advice or solutions VERY gratefully accepted.

Hi Steve51 is your SH3 steam download or SH3 Disc old original disc from 2005 if it is it will have the starforce protection on disc
i have a laptop with windows 7 & had not trouble installing SH3 from the
new white lable focus SH3 CD but i had to run mission editor as administrator

if you would like a brand new copy of SH3 still in cellophane with no starforce protection & already patched to 1.4 send me a pm with your postal address
we need you out on patrol sir dont you know theres a war on:D

The sim arrived the other day, I have been spending hours on it.

I am due in hospital soon (September sometime) to have a tumor removed & now I will have a sim to enjoy before the operation & during recovery.
