Does anyone get photo missions anymore?
 

I remember in stock used to get photo missions assigned.While the objectives(Tokyo Bay) were uh bs it was nice and couldve swore ive had them in RSRD but its been a long time.Anyone else get them? when? Which command?

in tmo 2.5/rsrd you get to recon some areas with your s-18 sub....but i dont remember i got rescue missions or other sort of missions other than patrolling
thats why some times i wish i can have a mix between rsrd and tmo missions
coz ducimus had some fun missions in tmo2.5

I think that in RSRD the photo missions were deleted, conform the README file for the mod. There are some so called special missions (insertion/commandos delivery, supplies delivery, etc..)

I don't think I've ever gotten a photo mission with RSRD either, except the one I have in my Pre Pearl Harbor mod. :hmmm:

IIRC RSRDC removed all recon missions because felt they were not needed or wanted for some reason or maybe he didn't feel like fixing them and just removed them from the mission selection list. I do know the stock ones didn't work very well

Yea, they were horribly unrealistic in stock, such as tokyo bay, Rabaul Harbor etc but kills me as there are recon missions in RSRD, well recon of landing beaches etc would include photos i am sure.Guess its another thing ill have to figure out how to fix.
