Weather Circle
 

For some reason when I started my new campaign, I now have the "weather circle" above my ship when using external or tower views.

I have had this once or twice before, using my current MOD configuration, but it would go away after a while...ie; "x" number of saves.

This time it has been persistent through out my entire patrol.

Blue skies visible on the horizon 360 degrees around my ship, with Storm clouds in a "circle" directly above me, complete with sounds of thunder and lightning.

what mods do you have activated if any?
