There are several major mods, all of them realistic in a different way. Whichever you like best is a personal choice best made by playing them all over time. The use of multi-SH3 (and SH4) allows one to do this easily.

There are many choices as people have said.

Personally, I have played GWX gold and stuck with it, just "tweaking" by adding a few other mods that I enjoy.
